Spokane Valley

The Spokane Valley features a rare combination of quality neighborhoods and schools as well as thriving business and retail sectors, exceptional outdoor beauty and top notch facilities.  From its roots as an agricultural center to the rapidly developing community of today, Spokane Valley offers a diverse mix of parks, recreational facilities and historic landmarks as well as the Spokane County Fair & Expo Center and Avista Stadium, home to the Spokane Indians, a minor league farm team of the Texas Rangers.

Officially incorporated in 2003, the City of Spokane Valley's population was estimated 90,110 in 2011, making it the 10th largest city in Washington State. Even more impressive, Spokane Valley was the largest incorporation in the state and the second largest single incorporation in U.S. history at the time.
