Spokane Valley

Officially incorporated in 2003, the City of Spokane Valley's population was estimated 90,110 in 2011, making it the 10th largest city in Washington State. Even more impressive, Spokane Valley was the largest incorporation in the state and the second largest single incorporation in U.S. history at the time.
